Check In Time is Monday - Saturday Between 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Check Out Time is Monday - Saturday Between 8:30 a.m. - Noon*
Guests may arrive or depart any time during regular business hours. However, we prefer arrival at least one hour prior to closing.
*If your pet is being groomed you may check out as late as 5:00 p.m. and you will only be charged for the grooming price and not the departure day's rate. Additionally, a boarding charge for the day will not apply to pets scheduled for complete grooming.
The Willow Pet Hotel makes every effort to ensure all our guests enjoy their new home away from home. Along with our superb facility and extraordinary guest services a veterinarian is on call 24 hours a day for everyone's peace of mind.
Willow Pet Hotel is so proud of what we have to offer that we invite your inspection of our facility, Monday through Saturday, 12 noon to 3 p.m. No need to call ahead, just stop in for an exciting guided tour!

Payments:
A credit card number is required to secure all boarding reservations. Payment is required in full at the time of check out. We reserve the right to require a deposit for first time clients and long-term boarding prior to the arrival of the pet(s).
We accept payment in the form of Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), Debit cards and Cash. Sorry, we do not accept checks.
