All suites feature central air conditioning and heating. And a number of our exclusive luxury suites feature 21" flat screen televisions that are on 24 hours a day for your dog's viewing pleasure. Our full service pet hotel has several spacious exercise areas for individual and group play. The entire pet boarding complex is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With over 120 dog suites and 40 kitty condos, the Willow Pet Hotel is the only real choice of the discriminating pet owner on Long Island & the New York, Tri-State Metropolitan area.

Not Just For Vacations
We are not just the Preeminent dog boarding kennel to be used when you go away on a vacation. We also provide Dog Daycare Services to keep your pet stimulated and exercised as well as access to the largest Dog Grooming operation on Long Island.
Check In/ Check Out
Check In Time is Monday - Saturday Between 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Check Out Time is Monday - Saturday Between 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 Noon. (Late Check-Out is offered when your pet is being groomed on the day of departure.
All canine guests must have their required inoculations within the last 12 months. The following inoculations are required for all Dogs:
- Distemper
- Rabies
- Bordetella
Deposits:
All Pet Hotel Boarding and Daycare reservations must be secured with a $25. non-refundable deposit. The deposit must be secured by a major Credit or Debit card. (The deposit will be credited to your final bill upon checkout).
Payments:
We accept payment in the form of VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & DISCOVER Credit or Debit Cards. Payment can also be made in cash. We regret we DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.
Payment in full is required at the time of checkout.
